Job Overview

We are seeking a Retail Pharmacist to manage and deliver comprehensive pharmacy services. The pharmacist will oversee medication procurement, storage, dispensing, and ensure compliance with all state and federal regulations.

• Dispense and compound prescribed medications
• Review prescriptions for accuracy and appropriateness
• Provide patient counseling on medication use, side effects, and interactions
• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff
• Maintain pharmacy records, inventory, and compliance standards
• Ensure proper handling of controlled substances and hazardous medications
• Manage third-party prescription billing issues
• Support quality assurance and loss prevention initiatives
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals

Minimum Requirements

• Active California Pharmacist License
• BLS (CPR) Certification
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D. from an accredited institution
• Strong knowledge of state and federal pharmacy regulations
